    Does anyone know if the ER production team went and fixed up any part of this hospital to make it look like it was not abandoned? I would think that would have to do a little of that to make it look like it is fully functional.

    The Cook Country General cafeteria at approx. 13:45 into the episode is actually the Commissary at Warner Bros. Studios (4000 Warner Boulevard, Burbank, CA).
