Neela's place at the end of the episode is on New York Street at Warner Bros. Studios, i.e. in the short northernmost section on the eastern side of the street, almost at the corner to Brownstone Street (a.k.a. Ashley Boulevard). You can see the Stephen J. Ross Theatre at the corner of Brownstone Street in the background when Neela and Michael embrace and kiss. The other tall "buildings" back there were added in post-production through CGI, particularly to eliminate the studio's water tower, which would be clearly visible from that POV otherwise.
